Paul builds the day around you
Paul will come back to you with a proposed itinerary — the route, the tastings, the lunch. You can adjust anything before confirming. The planning time is included in the price, not added on top.

Zona Velha or the old trading quarter — slow, on foot, with stops that do not show up in a ninety-minute group walk. A full day gives the time for that.
